It is a good idea for all users at your company to use the same version of AVIX.
Therefore there should be one person responsible for downloading and distributing the new AVIX version to the users.
And in the future, whenever it is decided that you should upgrade to a newer version of AVIX, this person will download and distribute AVIX to the users.

This is in contrast to letting several users have their own account and be able to download and upgrade AVIX, which could lead to an undesired situation, where users have different versions, where the files produced are not compatible.

NOTE
For security reasons, passwords can only be sent back to the email address used to request the account. We can not send passwords to a different email address. Please ensure you have access to the email account used to register the account. We prefer that you use a personal account, but if you must use a joint account, you must have access to read the email sent to that email address.
We create new accounts very quickly, so there is no need to request extra accounts "just in case".

IMPORTANT about upgrades
We strongly recommend that you plan to upgrade AVIX at least once a year.
We regularly fix bugs and add functionality to AVIX so that your work will go more smothly and with less issues. Making sure that you are not using an old version of AVIX will help you with this.
